Can I bulk-import our existing roster?
Yes. CSV import lands on day one of Coach Pro: drop the same roster file you already export from your school's SIS or your existing roster tool and ScoutStreak parses positions, grad years, and contact emails into invitations the athletes can claim. You don't lose your historical roster, and migrating a 35-player team takes about ten minutes.

How does staff management work?
Coach Plus reserves five staff seats on the entitlement. At launch: invite assistants by text link, scope each one to specific actions (sign letters, manage roster, post recaps, view-only, etc.), and every action logs to the AD's audit trail. Multi-season staff rotation and graduating-class archives are part of the launch package. Pre-launch, the seat count is provisioned but full role-based permission + invite UI ships at GA.

Does ScoutStreak integrate with Hudl?
Athlete profiles can carry a Hudl link so recruiters can jump straight to your film there. Direct Hudl video and stat import (clips, season stats, game tags) is on the roadmap and lands once the Hudl integration ships. The Post-Game Recap engine pre-fills opponent, score, and per-athlete highlights from your ScoutStreak roster — names and lineup are auto-populated, stats remain coach-entered until the Hudl integration lands.

Is NCAA compliance enforced in real-time?
Yes. The platform won't let you or your athletes send a non-compliant message in the first place. Contact windows, division rules, and recruiting periods are checked at the moment of outreach, not after. Every audit trail exports as a single PDF for your compliance officer or AD when they ask.

Do my athletes and their parents see what I write about them?
Endorsements are public; they live on the athlete's profile and parents see them too. AI-drafted recruiting letters are yours to edit before sending. Internal notes (the ones you write to yourself or your staff) stay private to your staff. Parents see what recruiters see, never what your private bench discussions look like.
